The agile and thorough team at Servanté Property Management are dedicated to taking the stress out of being the ‘landlord’ for our owners. Being local property investors ourselves for over 35 years combined, we have seen it all – the good and bad! (mostly good).

With all our professional/personal experience in Property Management (14 Years), Training, Building Industry, Property Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Marketing, Sales and Customer Services, thus makes us super equipt to take your property under our wing and manage it.

Karen resides in the lovely Kapiti Coast and Ange in the awesome Wairarapa. We are able to manage any property in the Greater Wellington area, including Horowhenua, Kapiti Coast, Porirua, Wellington, Hutt Valley and the Wairarapa.

We cap our properties at 90 per manager, allowing them to be managed well. We teach our tenants maintenance management  for their particular property, therefore it becomes their home and everyone wins.

If it isn’t, it’s the first indicator that cracks may be forming… relationships become strained and uncomfortable. We take the lead on this for our owners and it is dealt with immediately to get a resolution.

Servanté follows all processes in line with all relevant acts and laws in the industry. We work fair and earnestly with both landlords and tenants, to ensure this triangle of business shapes up!
