Tenants

Tenancies at Servanté will be managed professionally in accordance to the law and with strict adherence to zero rent arrears and respectful behaviour

• Servante Property Management aims to create an excellent working relationship with all their tenants.

• All applicants will be vetted through credit and security processes.

• 4 weeks bond and 1 weeks rent in advance is required.

• A “letting fee” of 1 weeks rent is payable to Servanté Property Management to secure the tenancy.

• All communication will be dealt, within a 24 hour period. Tenants must always provide ways to communicate with Servanté.

• Problems which arise will be managed according to their urgency.

• Maintenance education will be given by Servante in accordance to your particular property, so you can make it your home.

• Property maintenance inspections will be done every 12-14 weeks, minimum.
